| ■ 환불 규정 | |

| 입금 후 러프를 제공받기 전까지는 100% 환불이 가능합니다. | 다만 단순 변심으로 인한 환불은 불가하며, 러프 제공 이후에는 어떠한 사유로도 환불이 불가합니다. |
| 예외적으로 작업자가 일방적으로 작업 기간을 초과한 경우, | 3일 이내로 작업물을 완성하여 전달드린 후 환불 및 완성본을 함께 제공드립니다. |
| ■ 상업적 이용 및 저작권 | |

| 상업적 이용은 기본 금액의 3배로 진행됩니다. (사전 문의 필수) | 사전 협의 없이 상업적으로 사용하는 것을 금지합니다. |
| 작업물의 저작권은 작업자에게 있으며, 개인적인 사용(개인 굿즈, 프로필, 헤더 등)은 가능합니다. | 2차 가공 및 리터칭은 기본적으로 허용되지 않으며, 필요 시 사전 문의 부탁드립니다. |

| ■ Working time | |

| The average turnaround time is within 2 weeks (14 days) after payment is confirmed. | |
| If the client does not respond for more than 5 days during the process, I am not responsible for any delay caused by this, and refunds will not be issued. | Please respond within 5 days to ensure smooth progress. |
| ■ Revisions | |

| Up to 5 revision requests are allowed. | |
| Revisions due to missing character details or mistakes made by the artist will be accepted. | However, additional revisions caused by simple change of mind are not allowed. |
| ■ Refund policy |

| A full refund is available only before the sketch phase is delivered. |
| After the sketch has been provided, no refunds will be accepted for any reason. |
| Exception: If the artist fails to meet the deadline unilaterally, the completed artwork will be delivered within 3 days along with a refund. |
| ■ Commercial use & copyright | |

| Commercial use is charged at 3× the original price and must be discussed in advance. | |
| Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited. | |
| The copyright of the artwork remains with the artist. | Personal use (such as icons, headers, or personal merchandise) is allowed. |
| Editing or reworking the artwork is generally not permitted unless discussed beforehand. | |
| The artwork may be used in portfolios or as samples unless otherwise requested. | If you prefer it to remain private, please inform me in advance. |
| ■ Slots | |
